My father recently sold the family home we all grew up in. He had lived there for over 46 years. What could have been a stressful, emotional and taxing process for a 78 year old man, instead, ran as smoothly as clockwork. Will Hampson and Kate Lumby work together like a well oiled machine, allowing the vendor to feel secure, well informed and above all, confident in their choice of agent. Given all the years he has lived in the same home, Dad had very little experience with such an undertaking and really wasn’t aware of all that needed to be done.
